I'm not so happy when it rains...

It's been rainy and ugly lately. And my poor arthritic knee has been bearing the brunt of it. Today was so bad I could barely get out of bed. I took Aleve, used the Zeel ointment DH's grandma swears by and hoped it would get better. And it's a little bit less painful but still annoying. This always happens when it's rainy out or when it's super cold. I have this lovely ability to predict inclement weather.
